Hoopfest processes team entry forms in the order they're received. Teams who have submitted complete entry forms and the full registration fee by by the deadlines will be guaranteed entry into the tournament. Teams will continue being accepted into Hoopfest on a space-available basis once the deadlines have passed.
Once a team's entry has been processed and the team has been assigned a number, Hoopfest will send or e-mail a letter of confirmation to the team captain. The letter serves as the team's official notification of acceptance into the tournament, and must be kept for use as identification when picking up the team packet at People to People Ambassador Programs Team Check-In on Thursday, June 24, or Friday, June 25, 2010.
It is very important that teams review and verify the player and team information contained in the confirmation letter. If mistakes are found, the team captain should contact the Hoopfest office immediately. If you don't receive a confirmation by June 1, please call the Hoopfest office at (509) 624-2414. This process enables Hoopfest to more accurately bracket teams.
