Where do we go?
People to People Ambassador Programs Team Check-In is where you go to pick up your event information and game schedule as well as cool team stuff like your player t-shirts. You must pick up your team packet prior to the tournament at the following times on the Thursday and Friday of Hoopfest week:
Thursday, June 24 from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday, June 25 from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Out of town teams who are unable to attend the above times may check in Saturday, June 26, from 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.

People to People Ambassador Programs Team Check-In will be in Riverfront Park.
An entire team does not need to be present in order to receive its packet. Any of the players on the team who know the team number and shows personal identification can pick up the packet. Teams not picking up their packet during Team Check-In will not receive their player shirts and may be disqualified from Hoopfest. If you have forgotten your team number or have lost your confirmation letter, look up your team on the Team Info page.
